Past Camp Programs

 

2008:

 

Battle of the Bands… a rockin’ good time with The Blue Brothers, Guns-n-Roses, Pervana and Metaleeka.  Also, we built boats that float… and some that didn’t!

 

 

2009:

We lived in A section this year, and we took an interesting trip to various parts of the world.  The weather was good (except the rainstorm and minor flood on Wednesday, but then we had big mud puddles to splash   in).  We spent a lot of time outdoors, and swimming in the lake felt good.  There were llamas and chipmunks and skunks and paper swans, but no bears.  There was Battle of the Bands - Round 2, and Friday morning we solved our very own murder mystery; fortunately, the “victim” made a swift recovery.  We made walking sticks and used them to navigate melons through an obstacle course.  We also had a guest counselor all the way from California, and somehow she inspired 2 other counselors to get married (don’t ask, I didn’t understand why either).
